Episode Transcript

In today's episode of two minutes and motivation. We're going to be talking about three pillars that support your wellbeing. I chatted with Dr. Kien Vuu this week, and he shared a lot about thriving, about wellness and optimal health. And that got me thinking about these three pillars.

The first pillar of wellbeing is your lifestyle.

This is a big one. But your lifestyle has a significant impact on your physical health, on your mental health, on your emotional health. So paying attention to things like your diet, exercise, those things have a really, really profound impact on how you feel.

The second pillar is your mindset. Our mindset is so incredibly important for our happiness and also for our success in going after our dreams, that negative self-talk that everyone experiences here and there can hold you back from going after your dreams and reaching your ultimate potential.

So really finding a way to navigate that and develop more self-love is so incredibly important. Self love is something that you have to work on. It's something you have to nurture. And by talking to yourself in a positive way, by loving yourself, getting into mindset of you're learning, you're growing, letting go of mistakes made in the past, living in the present moment, all of those things are going to help you be your best self.

The third pillar is  relationships and a sense of community, our relationships, the quality of our relationships really have a significant impact on our happiness and also on our health. There are studies showing that impact of relationships on our wellbeing and longevity. So making sure you're nurturing those relationships, you're letting the people in your lives know how you feel.

And you're saying, I love you to those that are close to you in your life, that you are allowing people to see you to be vulnerable and really paying attention to making those relationships thrive and giving them the time that they deserve, but is so incredibly important. So the three pillars again are lifestyle, mindset and having quality relationships.

I hope that this helps. And until next time, this is Kristel Bauer with Live Greatly inspiring you to awaken your ultimate potential.
