About Paul Goodman, M.D:

Dr. Paul Goodman is a board-certified physician originally from the Washington, D.C.area. He completed his medical training at the University of Maryland Medical School,where he had thedistinction of being selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society,and then trained as an eye surgeon at Georgetown University.Dr. Goodman is an experienced clinician, surgeon, and teacher; after his training hecontinued his involvement at Georgetownas a professor for the next generationsurgeons and physicians.He also developed an interest in how we could use food totreat or prevent chronic diseases.After successfully initiating a project focused onhelping patients with certain eye diseases toeat foods that could help them see better,he joined renowned ready-to-eat meal delivery brand Fresh N Lean as their Chief Medical Officer.  He now focuses on whole-body health and preventive care through"Food as Medicine", helping people to live healthier lives.Outside of his work on improving health through food, he enjoys staying active outdoorswith his wife and two daughters or watching baseball.
