“There is No Such Thing as Failure” Conversation with Tony Pashos, 11 year NFL player reinventing himself post NFL career

Kristel Bauer PA-C from Live Greatly and Tony Pashos, previous 11 year NFL player, discuss achieving success,  having a positive mental state during challenging times, being resilient, and following your passion.  Kristel and Tony also discuss how "There is no such thing as failure."  Tony Pashos redefined his career post NFL and recently graduated from Northwestern’s Pritzker School of Law and also interned at the White House.   Kristel Bauer PA-C, the founder of Live Greatly, is a speaker on multiple wellness topics including optimizing mental health, managing stress, and building resilience. She is a lecturer at the University level, and is an adjunct PBL facilitator for Northwestern’s Physician Assistant Program. She is a fellow in the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship through the University of Arizona. Kristel is a Physician Assistant with a history of working in Integrative Psychiatry and Functional Medicine.  She is also a Reiki Master with a very strong interest in spirituality, and how it affects your overall well-being.
