In today's episode of two minutes and motivation, I'm going to be sharing with you three ways that you can support a healthy gut microbiome, which is so incredibly important for your overall health and wellbeing. I chatted this week with a couple of the founders from Goodels, a better for you Mac and cheese founded by Gal Gadot and a few other really incredible people.

And that conversation got me thinking about this topic of What you eat, how it impacts your gut health, your gut microbiome. And I want to give you a few tips to support yourself. 

So the first thing that you can do to support a healthy gut is to add more fiber into your diet. Fiber is so incredibly important for our gut health, for our heart health and reducing cholesterol and are for bowel irregularity and it's something that pretty accessible and easy to do.

Do you want to try and think about adding more beans into your diet? Also things like artichokes have a lot of fiber, adding things like pears and apples. Those are all really great sources of fiber. 

The second thing that you can do to help support a healthy gut microbiome and your overall wellbeing is to manage your stress. I talk a lot about this on this show, but finding ways to help yourself balance back out when you've had stressors is so important, whether that is going for a walk outside, exercising, finding breathing techniques, just being able to manage your stress is so very important for your gut health, also for our body's health as well.

So again, these three things are number one, crank up the fiber. Two, manage your stress. Three, minimize those inflammatory foods.
