In today's episode of two minutes and motivation. We're going to be talking about three ways that you can optimize your hair's health. I had a really interesting conversation this week with Dan Hodgdon and he's the founder of Vega more.

So one of the first things that you want to pay attention to when you're trying to promote healthy, vibrant hair are the products that you're putting on your hair and that you're putting on your scalp and also the products you're using for styling. So Dan and I chatted a lot about the quality of ingredient.

And that really got me thinking about this topic. You know, you probably pay attention to what you're putting on your skin, but you may not be paying attention as much to what you're putting on your hair, but it is just as important. So looking at the ingredients, also making sure that you're not. Really high heat styling products all the time that can also be damaging your hair.

So really paying attention to that is a really good place to start. The second thing is you want to make sure that you have enough of the vitamins and nutrients in your diet to promote healthy hair. So making sure you're getting enough protein, making sure you're getting enough B vitamins, because if you're depleted in your diet, that can show up in your hair as well.

Now, the third thing is stress management. This, uh, Big piece of the puzzle when it comes to hair health. And there are so many different ways that you can support yourself during times of stress. And that could look like walking out in nature. It could look like meditating, it could look like reading a book or taking time for yourself.

There are so many ways to manage stress. So it's really experimenting, making it a priority and finding what works for you. So again, the three things to promote optimal hair health are paying attention to the products that you're. What's your putting on your scalp and the products that you're using for styling your hair.

Number two, looking at your diet, making sure you're getting enough protein, B vitamins and all that good stuff. And three managing stress, and also just a little tidbit in there. Make sure you're drinking enough water. That's always really important. I hope that this helps you.
